Beskrivelse
The book outlines the role of the 7 S model of management that the authors helped to generate for McKinsey and Company back in the early 1980s. The fact that the model is still being used today demonstrates its ongoing value. At the heart of the model were superordinate goals, later changed to shared values. This was the lead S in the model. It represented what a company or organization truly cares about. It is not about the written word, or even what gets talked about. Instead, it is about what truly happens. Surrounding this S are Hard and Soft Ss. Soft Ss are Staff, Skills and Style while hard Ss are Strategy, Structure, and Systems. This book is your best vehicle for learning from Tony about the way he saw change happening.
