Beskrivelse

If you enjoy entertaining history books mocking people’s lifestyle, you will have fun reading The Gorgeous Georgians by Terry Deary and Martin Brown. I learned how interesting 18th century England was. First off, people back then used to wear large wigs and top hats. Second, the book told me all of the terrible food they ate. For instance instead of using plates they used stale bread, called trenchers, to eat their food. This book also mocked the Georgian hairstyle, which for me personally, I think it’s hilarious. I enjoyed reading The Gorgeous Georgians by Terry Deary and Martin Brown, and I think you will too!
